Method
- Add raspberry cheong to the bottom of a glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and 300ml of cold water.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the matcha powder with 50ml cold water until smooth and no clumps remain.
- Pour the matcha gently over the ice and raspberry cheong drink to create layers.
- Serve immediately, stirring before drinking.
