Raspberry Cheong Iced Matcha

A refreshing iced matcha drink sweetened with homemade raspberry cheong. The fruity syrup blends perfectly with earthy matcha for a light and energizing cold drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp raspberry cheong raspberry syrup
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 350 ml cold water
  • ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add raspberry cheong to the bottom of a glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes and 300ml of cold water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the matcha powder with 50ml cold water until smooth and no clumps remain.
  4. Pour the matcha gently over the ice and raspberry cheong drink to create layers.
  5. Serve immediately, stirring before drinking.

Notes

Notes:
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less raspberry cheong.
- For stronger flavor, use a double serving of matcha.
- Best enjoyed right after preparing for the freshest taste.
