Method
- Add 2–3 tablespoons of your pumpkin spice syrup to the bottom of a glass or cup.
- Pour milk over the syrup.
- Optional: Add ice cubes first if making an iced version
- Pour the hot espresso shot over the milk.
- In a small bowl, whip the cream with 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice syrup until soft peaks form.
- Spoon the whipped cream over the latte. Optionally dust with cinnamon, pumpkin spice, or nutmeg for extra flavor.
Notes
- You can adjust sweetness by using more or less syrup.
- Tastes great with oat milk or almond milk too!
- For a stronger flavor, use a double shot of espresso.
