Method
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix flour, matcha, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet, mix until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate.
- Scoop dough onto baking tray (lined with parchment).
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Let cool a few minutes on the tray, then transfer to a rack.
