Homemade Pumpkin Spice

A simple homemade pumpkin spice blend made with warm spices like cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Perfect for lattes, desserts, and autumn baking.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp tsp ground allspice
  • 1 1/2 tsp tsp ground cloves

Method
 

  1. Add all spices to a small bowl.
  2. Whisk or stir until well combined.
  3. Transfer the spice mix into a clean, airtight jar.
  4. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

Notes

- Use 1–2 teaspoons for pumpkin pie, cookies, or cakes.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon to coffee or lattes for a homemade pumpkin spice latte.
- Adjust the ratios to your taste, for example more cinnamon for warmth or more ginger for spice.
